Purdy’s Pro-Extra Brushes hold more paint for increased production and are designed for use with all paints. We blend the finest Tynex ® , Chinex ® , and Orel ® filaments for brushes with extra holding capacity. The flagged and tipped filaments hold more paint but also have a smooth and even release. Pro-Extra brushes will withstand the most abrasive surfaces and are ideal for exterior jobs and medium to heavy bodies paints.
The Pro Extra Monarch is ideal for oil-based paints as the long and thick bristles pick up and hold more high viscosity paint than normal brushes. It applies 30% more paint onto walls and ceilings than any other Purdy brush, so you can get the job done quicker without sacrificing the quality of the finish.
