Description
Rustins Stain Blocker has a matt white finish for interior and exterior use on wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces. Â It will seal all stains that may bleed through and discolour paint. As a primer, it provides excellent adhesion to ceramic tiles, glass, and melamine. When dry, it can be painted with any type of paint and undercoat.
