Description
Teknoceiling Paint 02 White is a full matt emulsion paint that due to the very low sheen does not flash. High opacity high covering formula makes it excellent for interior ceilings and walls where a dead flat finish is desired, easy application by brush, roller or spray. Ease of application, high opacity, superior trade / industrial quality long lasting professional finish which will save time and labour costs.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean new surfaces from dust and dirt. Wash previously painted surfaces with RENSA SUPER paint cleaner. Matt down hard or gloss surfaces by sanding and thereafter remove the dust. Remove all of the old paint from the surfaces which have been painted with glue paint or lime wash. Spray filler ceilings, which are not waterproof, are recommended to be primed with solvent borne primer e.g. FUTURA 3 Adhesion primer. For smoothing of irregularities in the surface choose a suitable filler from the TEKNOSPRO series. The dried filler is sanded down and the dust removed. Steel surfaces are primed with FERREX AQUA Anticorrosive paint.
APPLICATION
Before use stir the paint thoroughly. The paint is thinned with water when needed. Apply once or twice by brush, roller or spray.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The surface to be painted has to be dry. During the application and drying period the temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the paint shall be above +5°C and the relative air humidity below 80%. Good ventilation during the application and drying period quickens the drying process.
MAINTENANCE
The final forming of the paint film takes abt. 4 weeks under normal circumstances and after that the ultimate durability and hardness is reached. Before this the painted surface must be treated with care. Cleaning by moist wiping or with detergents damages the painted surface. Dry cleaning methods, such as careful wiping, brushing, vacuum cleaning etc., must be used for dirty surface.
