Rustins White Undercoat, high quality oil based undercoat, suitable for all interior and exterior woodwork. Should be used over our white primers.
The surface must be clean, smooth, sound, dry and free from wax, dust and contaminants. If the wood or metal surface is bare, apply the appropriate primer before painting with undercoat.
