Description
Osmo Wash & Care 8016 is a special cleaning concentrate based on soaps and natural oils, which is gentle enough for regular use and does not dry out the wood. Especially suited for removal of dirt and grime on oiled and waxed floors the special formulation dries. Osmo Wash and Care is specially developed for cleaning of wooden and cork floors with Osmo Hardwax Oil (Polyx-Oil). surface and other oiled/waxed wooden surfaces.
Osmo Wash and Care 8016 achieves a non-slip surface with minimal maintenance required when applied frequently. The water-soluble ingredients prevent streaks and do not form a layer. You don’t need to worry about solvents and emissions, this cleaning concentrate is free from solvents, dyes and aromas and is particularly mild on the skin.
Preparation
Remove loose debris, perhaps using a conventional vacuum cleaner or broom.
Application
- The ideal dilution amount is approx. 15ml Wash and Care per 2 litres of water.
- For higher levels of contamination or for mechanical applications, the dosage can be increased up to a mixing ratio of 1:1 (maximum).
- Proper dosage saves costs and minimizes environmental impacts. Only a small quantity of the product is needed compared to normal (i.e. diluted) products.
- Do not mix different cleaners.
- Manual: Add Osmo Wash and Care to water. Clean the floor with a damp (not wet) mop and wipe dry immediately. When applied regularly, the surface becomes resistant to dirt and wear.
- Machine: Spread the diluted Wash and Care solution with a pump sprayer. Loosen dirt with a single disc machine and a white pad. Immediately, mop away or remove with a pad.
Please Note
To specifically remove especially tough stains and to occasionally, intensively refresh waxed or oiled floors, Osmo recommend using their Liquid Wax Cleaner, which is based on natural plant
oils and waxes (undiluted application with a fibre cloth).
For a complete renovation, consider using Osmo Polyx Oil.
